NAYA KANGA Peak Climbing(5848m.)

It is newly opened peak for trek lovers by Nepalese Government. It was formally known as Kanga Chuli. It is situated in the southern flank of Langtang region of Nepal and towering over the south of alpine Langtang valley and holy lakes of Gosainkunda. The normal route to this peak is via the snowy northeast ridge over a line on ice and snow. The trip starts either from Dhunche or Syabru Bensi approximately drive of 8 to 9 hours from Kathmandu only by 4 WD. From Dhunche the trail goes slowly up to the Kyangjin Gompa, a famous Buddhist monastery. This trekking valley is one of the poor and remote area. Most of the people are Tamang and Tibetean. This destination is situated near the Tibet border. The main highway of this trek area reaches to Tibet border (Kerung). During this trek we can observe the local tradition and culture. Most of this trekking route passes through dense forest along the side of Langtang river.
Itinerary
The tea house trek with camping
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: ½ sightseeing in Kathmandu valley and preparation day for the trek
Day 03: Drive to Syabru besi by 4WD
Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel
Day 05: Trek to Langtang village
Day 06: Trek to Kanjing Gompa
Day 06: Rest day for acclimatizing
Day 07: Trek to Naya Khanga Base Camp
Day 08: Slowly trek to High Camp
Day 09: Early morning summit the peak and back to Base camp
Day 10: Trek to Ghoda Tabela
Day 11: Trek to Bamboo Lodge
Day 12 Trek to Syabru besi
Day 13 Drive to Kathmandu and transport to hotel
