For almost seven years Adventure Zambuling Treks has catered the needs of mountaineers climbing Cho Oyu in a professional and committed manner.
Mt. Qowowuyag ( Cho Oyu ) rising 8,201 m above sea level at 86.9* E and 28* N, is situated in the middle section of the Himalayas, with the north side lying in the Tingri County. Cho Oyu, the sixth highest mountain in the world, has only recently become a popular mountain to climb. It is known to be one of the easer of the world's fourteen 8.000 meter mountain. This is because the ascent to the summit is short and direct, with a few small technical sections climbed in safety using fixed ropes. Additionally, the mountain can be easily reached by four-wheel-drive vehicle.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu. Briefing and shopping.
Day 03: Kathmandu.
Day 04: Fly to Lhasa (3600m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 05: Lhasa, visit Drepung and Sera monasteries. Overnight in hotel
Day 06: Lhasa, Potala, Jokhang and Barkhor. Overnight in hotel.
Day 07: Lhasa, free day. Overnight in hotel.
Day 08: Drive to Shigatse (3900m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 09: Drive to Shekar, (4350m)visit Tashilhunpo. Overnight in hotel.
Day 10: Drive to Base Camp. (4700m).
Day 11-13: Stay at Base Camp
Day 14: Advanced Base Camp.(5200m).

Day 15-35: Climbing Period Mt. Cho Oyu.

Day 36: Back to Advanced Base Camp.
Day 37: Return to Base Camp.
Day 38: Cleaning Base Camp.
Day 39: Drive to Nyalam. Overnight in hotel.
Day 40: Drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 41-42: Stay in Kathmandu. Rest & shopping day.
Day 43: Final Departure from kathmandu.
