Bhutan Cultural Tour

Chomolhari

It is easy to appreciate the government of Bhutan's decision to limit tourists to four thousand a year. This saves the local community from being culturally harmed, the natural resources aren't misused and those who do visit the country may make the best of their holiday. From a stream rich in trout to the Mount Chomolhari with old frontier forts, yak pasture and herds of blue sheep in the background is a route that is simply unforgettable.
