Baghmara Wildlife Resort

Baghmara Wildlife Resort is situated at 165 km South of Kathmandu and 15 km South East from Mahendra East-West high way (Tadi Bazzar) at the bank of Budi Rapti river is an isolated northern area of National Park and a border of the famous Baghmara forest(Tiger Hunted forest) of Royal Chitwan National Park. Late King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev had hunted Royal Bengal Tiger in this forest since then this forest is well known as Baghmara forest.
