ARUN VALLEY TREK

The region has been largely ignored by the trekkers. For Botanists, bird-watchers and amateur geologists this region is a perfect choice to trek. It is the habitat of over 80 species of mammals and rare species of birds are found here. Some of the earliest settlers.
Rais and Limbus are found here. Trek starts from Hille or Tumlingtar till the base camp retrace back to Tumlingtar or head towards Lukla. For more adventurous proceed towards Sherpani COL (6081m) and enter Chukung valley to walk down toward Namche finally to fly out from Lukla.

Arun Valley Trek (Full camping trek)
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: ½ day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and preparation day for the trek
Day 03: Fly to Tumlingtar(510m) / Hotel
Day 04: Trek to Chyawabensi (250m)
Day 05: Trek to Tipchaur (510m)
Day 06: Trek to Salpa Phedi (1680m)
Day 07: Trek to Gurase Bhanjyang (2500m)
Day 08: Trek to Salpa Pass (3350m) and Sanam (2850m)
Day 09: Trek to Bung (1900m)
Day 10: Trek to Najingdingma (2650m)
Day 11: Trek to Pangum (2850m)
Day 12: Trek to Puiyan (2770m)
Day 13: Trek to Surkhe (2290m)
Day 14: Trek to Manju (2840m)
